There something zombie apocalyptic when a mall goes empty inside at first it looks like a normal mall but walking around it gets weird empty.... something about this place reminds me of "left 4 dead" it feels like i should be carrying an machine gun waiting for zombies to appear.. its sad and revealing how they cheapen Christmas when the decorations rot away.. strangely the fountain was on where no-one goes to see see it this was once a restaurant it looks familiar.. The stores that are open are filled with workers who look at you like they have just given up..no enthusiasm at all..but there is a church in the mall...

Posts: 987 Jul 6 12 12:08 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Very eerie and strange. I had no idea it was that empty. Sad in one way, b/c some malls are becoming bygones of a past era. Fine with me in other ways, b/c I don't much like going in them, and prefer the open air centers, strip malls, and shopping districts, or markets such as The Reading Terminal in Philly. The exception being The Gallery in Philly - but maybe I like that so much b/c alot of it is underground and it stretches over many city blocks. Life as we once knew it sure is changing in drastic ways, isn't it?

Posts: 6 Jul 12 12 9:46 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	When I read the title "The Half Apocalyptic Mall" I KNEW it would be pictures of the Burlington Center Mall. I had to stop in quite recently, and was actually surprised it was still open. There were rumors that they were going to fix it up, but I highly doubt it. It's been a dump ever since I can remember. Nice pictures by the way!

Seeing these pictures all I can think of is what a sweet movie set this would be!
