I live in Rahway, NJ, and a friend of mine was over last night, and we were talking. Rahway is an old Town, apparently people have been in and out of it since the 1660's. She mentioned that the house across the street is haunted, as it was built on an indian burial ground. I never quite understood the whole mystery why an indian burial ground would automatically make a house haunted. As far as I can imagine, if you build a house on any kind of burial ground, if you believe in that kind of stuff, you'll potentially get something out of it.
Anyway, to the question at hand: Is there anyway that any of you know of to verify whether or not that ground was at point an indian burial ground? I'd be curious to know. Thanks.
