Maybe the quest itself was trying to tell you something.I remembered the first time I really fell in love, then the first marriage (two different girls) My ex-wife how was the one who why I hanged at the cliffs so much. It was the closest hiking place or a place to just sit and talk or to not.Gee we even made love there in the pouring rain. Back then she used to be active... now by looking at her now I am sorry to say she don't.(she remarried) I just hope someday you find many spots to go and that someone special to take there.Sometimes you might find your self there alone.I have been rock climbing there soooo many times by myself it's just plain crazy! I found myself praying to God one time about 3 winters ago while looking for small caves by the G.W. bridge (in weird nj no less) on a Sunday afternoon... the crevice I went up had a boulder , at first while looking up I thought I could fit under it, but after I climbed up, no room, so I decided to go over. I ended up kneeling on the rock when I looked down I could no longer see the small ledges I used to get there. Going forward was a commitment! I had to take the weight off my knees and give an effort to throw my body uphill and grab onto the top of the rock. the only thing as I thought of at the time was how peaceful the moment was ....with that view

Who's to say....maybe it helped her, even tough the relationship is over. And I don't want to give you false hope, but people do weird stuff when they're under emotional stress, so you never know.

The western side of the pond is hardly ever used and has a nice dock out onto the pond. Only about a five minute walk from the parking lot.
