The place I usually get my steak sandwiches and beer, Stemie's Place from a recent WNJ, was featured on Animal Planet this past Sunday on a program called "The Haunted."

Why Animal Planet has its own ghost show, I have no idea. But my favorite restaurant was on it.

Look out for reruns of it and check the website for web exclusives not aired on the show.

So Monday night/tues morning is the height of the yearly Leonid shower (as anyone that has Facebook may know). Due to clear skys and a new moon, it should be a good time. I was wondering which part of north/central, north jersey would be good dark areas to view it. Within 45 minutes of Elizabeth/Newark.

Ok this was a while back propbably July '09. I was driving near the Newark airport at Jersey Gardens to shop etc. It was in the afternoon there is this weird phrase or word written in the sky, it looked like 2 or 3 words of smoke or something white.. It was floating in the sky and wouldn't fade into the air. Very clear to read but I don't understand what it said because it wasn't everyday english. Maybe it wasn't directly above the airport i don't know because...
